Manuel Aldava

Funeral services for Manuel Aldava, 81, of Keene, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 12, 2015 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Larry Moore will officiate, assisted by Pastor Buford Griffith.
Burial will follow in Keene Memorial Park Cemetery.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Rosser.
Manuel Aldava passed away Monday, June 29, 2015 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born in El Paso, Texas on May 10, 1934, the son of Juan and Isabel (Carrillo) Aldava.
Mr. Aldava served his country in the United States Navy. He married Elizabeth Ramirez on May 28, 1961 in Keene, Texas. Mr. Aldava retired from the City of Fort Worth. He was a member of the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Mr. Aldava was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Aldava of Keene; sons, Albert Aldava and wife, Lisa and Dan Aldava and wife, Teresa, all of San Diego, Calif.; daughter, Nancy King and husband, Jeff, of Fort Worth, Texas; brother, Luis Gomez and wife, Dawn, of Kansas; sister, Maria Isabel Gomez of El Paso, Texas; and grandchildren, Alex Aldava and Casey Aldava.
