Obituary for Marian Ruth Altaras (Tolleson)
Funeral services for Marian Ruth Altaras, 95, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m.
Tuesday, July 12, 2016, in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel.
A visitation will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Monday, July 11, 2016 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Marian passed away Saturday, July 9, 2016 in Cleburne. She was born in Cleburne, Texas on June 12, 1921, the daughter of Rosa (Slagle) and T.M. Tolleson.
Marian was a founding member of Westhill Church of Christ. She was also a retired book keeper for the Altaras Law Firm in Cleburne.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jack C. Altaras and sisters, Thelma Daniel and Ruth Armstead.
She is survived by her sons, Tommy Altaras and wife, Susan, of Cleburne, and Tim Altaras and wife, Gretchen, of Joshua, TX, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
