Billy Ball

Services for Billy Gene Ball, 75, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March, 26, 2013 at Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. James Olan Smith will officiate. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Garden of Memories in Hillsboro. The family will receive visitors Monday, 6 to 8 p.m. March 25, 2013 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Bobby Adair, Donald Adair, Arthur Villa, J.J. Villa, Brandon Day, and Steve Talavera.
Billy passed away on Friday, March 22, 2013 in Keene, Texas. He was born May 5, 1937 in Hillsboro, Texas to R.C. Ball and Lillian Allen Ball. He married Delilah Shirley on Sept. 17, 1982 in Fort Worth, Texas. Billy was a retired machinist and a member of Lane Prairie Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and step-sons, Tracy and Charles Mauldin.
He is survived by his wife, Delilah Ball of Cleburne; son, Donald Ball and wife Shelley of Eddy, Texas; daughter, Joy Lynne Owen and husband Chris of Fort Worth; sisters, Glenda Lewis of Hillsboro, Ann Wills and husband Bruce of Ruidoso, New Mexico; and granddaughter, Taylor Ball of San Angelo.
