Barbara "BJ" Holley

Barbara Jonel “BJ” Grabener Holley, 82, of Whitney, Texas passed quietly in her sleep on Saturday, November 26, 2022.

Barbara was born and raised in Texas and lived in many places throughout the state. Barbara loved her great state of Texas! She was married to Harvey Holley for 45 wonderful years, and is survived by three of her children, Wendell, Edwin and Harvet;  her brother, Thomas Wayne; and grandchildren, Derek and Nick.  Barbara had her own business as a beautician and was an avid golfer, hunter, and traveler.  She loved spending time with family and friends and helped others along their path. 

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 4 - 7 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2022 at Rosser Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at the White Bluff Chapel on 17 December from 11a.m. – 2 p.m.  During this time there will be a potluck, with attendees bringing a dish to share if possible. Stories and pictures will be shared by family and friends to commemorate her life.

An open-casket graveside service will follow at 3pm in the Grandview Cemetery.
