Charlotte Faye Baskett, 89, of Godley, Texas passed away Friday, November 25, 2016 in Fort Worth, TX.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel in Cleburne, TX. Ken Coleman will be officiating Burial will follow in Godley Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends is scheduled from 6-8 p.m. on Monday.
Charlotte was born on May 2, 1927 in Covington, TX to Sarah (Lightsey) and Clifford Polson. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Godley.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edgar Baskett; son, Dwight Baskett; brothers, Jack and Bill Polson; sister, Betty Stephens; grandson, Robbie Kennimer; granddaughters Robyn and Natalie Baskett.
She is survived by her son, Bruce Baskett and wife, Charlene, of Godley; daughter, Teresa Garman and husband, Ron, of Alvarado, TX; sister, Laverne Murrah of Burleson, TX; sisters-in-law, Ann Massey and Toppy Thomas; and special cousins, Delores Ingram and Glenda Bailey; six grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
