Beverly Boyer

Funeral services for Beverly Boyer, 80, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, October 14, 2024, in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Billy Phillips officiating, assisted by Dr. Keith Whitworth. Burial will follow at Cleburne Memorial Cemetery with Cason Gregory, Alex Archer, Trey Archer, Brock Barr, Steven Cooper, Jack Rosiere, and Jared Cooper serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Albert Archer Sr., Billy Barr, Fred Bennett, Mark Gorman, Roger Gregory Sr., and Neal Lanman.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday, October 13, 2024, at Rosser Funeral Home.

Beverly Boyer passed away Thursday, October 10, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born in Cleburne on October 31, 1943, the daughter of Willie Nell (Roundtree) and John Bratcher.

Beverly married Ronnie Boyer on April 23, 1964, in Maypearl, Texas. She graduated from Cleburne High School and went on to graduate from cosmetology school. Beverly was a retired TEAM school secretary with CISD, an entrepreneur (Unicorn Balloons/cookie grahams and Lavender and Lace floral), and homemaker. Beverly served as an Elder, Board member and contributed on various committees at First Christian Church of Cleburne where she fed God's people physically and spiritually. From being a room mother to Camp Fire leader to feeding the homeless, Beverly volunteered wherever she could to bless others. She loved Cleburne, loved being a CHS Yellow Jacket, and felt her greatest accomplishment was being a loving mother and the best grandmother "Bebbe" ever.

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents, John and Nell Bratcher; husband, Ronnie Boyer; sister, Becky Rosiere, and niece, Julia Cooper.

She is survived by her daughters, Christi Gregory and husband Roger, Terri Archer and husband Al, and Marci Barr and husband Burton; grandchildren, Catelin and Cason Gregory, Alex and Trey Archer, and Brock Barr; sister-in-law, Anita Pattillo; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
