Billie Ray Williams, Sr.

Graveside services for Billie Ray Williams, Sr. of Cleburne, Texas, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at Greenacres Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.

Billie Ray Williams Sr. was born July 13, 1931, in Winters, Texas. He left this world to meet his savior at 8:15 pm on Thursday, August 17, at 92 years old, with his loved ones by his side. 

Billie was of the Christian faith, read his Bible and prayed daily. He was a member of the Corner Stone Church of San Antonio. He was an honorable Korean Navy Vet and a member of Temple Lodge 6 in Albuquerque, NM. 

He was in management for many years in the gypsum and lime industry. He retired from Chemical Lime in Kingman, Arizona, to return home and help his son, Billy Jr., with his business. 

Billie leaves behind his wife Marianne, of 66 years, son Billy Jr. and wife Karrah; granddaughter Laurel, and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bryan and Tina Williams, a daughter born silent, Pamela Denise, in 1958, and brother Lewis from Sweetwater, TX. 

Billie had a long, happy life and will be greatly missed.
