Graveside services for Juanita Birdwell, 88, will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017 at Rosehill Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, 2017 at Rosser Funeral Home. Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Birdwell, Kyle Birdwell, James Smith Jr., Clint Wheeler, Justin Yielding, William McNichols, Bobby Rice, Jono McNichols, and James Kerr.
Juanita went to be with the Lord on Friday, Sept. 8, 2017 in Cleburne, Texas. She was born Feb. 23, 1929 in Cleburne, Texas to Lillie (Love) and Rufus Tidwell. Juanita was a Home Healthcare Worker and a member of Eastern Heights Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter-in-law, Nova Birdwell; and eleven siblings.
She is survived by her sons, Eddie Birdwell and wife, Carolyn of Cleburne, Wade Birdwell of Cleburne; daughters, Carolyn Buckner and husband, Danny of Cleburne, Ginny McNichols and husband, Rick of Pearland; sister, Lottie Willis of Keene, nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends.
