Obituary for William Burrell "Bill" Boelter

Funeral services for William B. “Bill” Boelter, 75, of Keene, Texas will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5, 2016 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with Pastors Henry and Bunny Reid officiating. Burial will follow in Keene Memorial Park Cemetery.
A visitation will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, 2016 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be James Dyer, Jason Dyer, Jacob Dyer, Dean Boelter, Rooney Faudi and Don Armstrong. Honorary pallbearers are Bill Clark and Jere Putnam.
Bill Boelter passed away Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016 at his home. He was born in Clifton, Texas on Oct. 9, 1940, the son of Dorothy C. (Lovett) and Leroy Walter Boelter.
Bill was a member of Crossroad Fellowship Seventh-day Adventist Church in Joshua, Texas.
He loved life, his family, his friend’s and his Lord without measure, the outdoors, people and helping anyone who was in need. We’ll miss his “gorgeous” smile.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Bill is survived by his mother, Dorothy Boelter of Keene; sons, Donny and Matt Boelter, both of Keene; daughters, Stacey Kepper and husband, Ted, of Gardner, Kansas, Shannon Hansen and husband, Jeff, of Friendswood, Texas and Kelley Dyer and husband, Brady of Pasadena, Texas; brother, Gary Boelter and wife, Darla, of Burleson, Texas; sisters, Lynda Johnson and husband, Cline, and Bonnie Simpson, all of Keene; grandchildren, Ashley, Kirsten, James, Jason, Jacob, Aden, and Archer; great grandchildren, Wyatt and William; and numerous aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and other friends.
