Gary Bolling

A memorial service for Gary Lee Bolling, 69, of Cleburne, Texas will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 24, 2014 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel in Cleburne, with visitation at 6:00 p.m. The Rev. Chuck Gartman will officiate.
Gary passed away to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 20, 2014. He was born on November 27, 1944 in Sterling, Illinois to Lena Belle and George Watts Bolling.
He married Linda Strickland November 15, 1971. Gary was a long time member of Field Street Baptist Church. He was an amazing, kind man with a gentle spirit, and was a loving husband, father, and Gramps. He was loved and will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him. Gary loved spending time with his family and granddaughters, fishing, hunting, painting, and spending time outdoors. He retired from General Motors after 41 years. He was known for always putting others first and for his loving and gentle nature.
He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and three sisters.
Gary is survived by his wife, Linda of Cleburne; daughter, Stacy Freeman and husband, Doug and daughters, Ashlyn and Megan, of Haslet; son, Brian Bolling and wife, Andrea and daughters Annabelle and Adeline, of Cleburne; brother, George Bolling of Blum; and sister, Jo Carlson of Seattle, WA.
