Private graveside service for Mary Dona Ball Bothe, 87, of Keene, Texas will be conducted at Keene Memorial Park. Pastor Bill Kilgore will officiate. The family will receive visitors 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Mary passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at her home in Keene, Texas, surrounded by her family. She was born July 2, 1927 in Mobile, Alabama to Lena (Callicott) and James H. Ball. Mary married Jim Bothe on June 18, 1950 in Keene, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Julian, James and Ray Ball.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Bothe of Keene; son, Richard Bothe and wife, Twyla, of Keene; daughter, Jan Gibbons and husband, Bob, of Plano; brother, Dr. Clyde Ball and wife, Susan, of Hanford, California; grandchildren, Chad Bothe, Kimberley Banton, Alex Banton and wife, Amanda, Carson Gibbons, and Meredith Gibbons; and great-grandchild, Cade Banton.
