Funeral services for Brandon Scott Cummings, 44, of Grandview, Texas will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday, November 21, 2024, at the First Baptist Church of Grandview with Pastor Corey Cornutt officiating.

Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery with Josh Norman, Robin Fletcher, Tim Ward, Kyle Andrew, Brian Page, Rustin Mayse, Jason Cummings, and Jacob Stroder serving as pallbearers.

A visitation will be held from 2 - 3 p.m. prior to the service.

Brandon Cummings passed away Saturday, November 16, 2024, at his home. He was born in Waco, Texas on December 30, 1979, the son of Karen Coulter Williamson and Scott Cummings.

Brandon was a beloved father, coach, sports enthusiast, and friend. He was a man of unwavering loyalty, kindness, and strength. Brandon was known for his infectious smile, dedication to family, and his love for sports. As a father, Brandon was a constant source of guidance, support, and unconditional love. He took pride in being a girl dad, always present for his girls' milestones, and providing wisdom and comfort in times of need. His devotion to family was evident in everything he did. To his friends, Brandon was a true companion. He valued friendship deeply and was the kind of person you could count on through thick and thin. His vibrant spirit and positive outlook left an infectious mark on everyone who knew him. 

Brandon is survived by his wife, Rachael Mayse Cummings; daughters, Brooklynn Kate and Hadlee Deann Cummings; mother, Karen Williamson and husband, Danny; father, Scott Cummings and wife, Karen; brother, Heath Cummings and wife, Jessica; sisters, Reghan Chrisner and husband, Koby, Kasi Miller and husband, Tyler, and Kourtney Welle and husband, Thomas; and numerous nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.
