Linda Beth Bransom (Glenn)

A visitation for Linda Beth Bransom, 78, of Alvarado, Texas will be held from 2 – 4 p.m. Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Rosser Funeral Home in Cleburne.
There are no other services scheduled.
Mrs. Bransom passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2019 in Alvarado. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas on January 19, 1941, the daughter of France Joyce (Lacy) and James Burt Glenn.
Linda was a woman who truly enjoyed life. She loved to travel and it didn’t matter if it was overnight or just a day trip! She enjoyed camping and fishing and dancing. Linda was a member of a CB Club and especially liked to go swimming at THE ROCKS at Oakdale Park in Glen Rose.
She enjoyed watching her kids sporting events and visiting the Ranger Museum.
Although Linda loved hot-rodding and racing cars, one of her fondest memories was riding her pet cow as a child. And she loved her bull whip!
Linda enjoyed aggravating her siblings. She never lost an argument whether she was right OR wrong.
Linda loved animals especially dogs. She enjoyed her work and was gifted in taking care of others.
But most of all, Linda enjoyed the time she could be with her children and grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Bransom; granddaughter, Shelly Prather; and sisters, Sheryl Bainbridge and Lynette Lewis.
Linda is survived by her children, Phil Prather and wife, Darlene, Robert Prather and wife, Debbie, and Denise Flores and husband, Rogelio; brother, Lonnie Glenn and wife, Marilyn; sister, Carol Glenn Ebbert; grandchildren, Robyn Bergt, Bekki Swank, Casey and Chris Collins, Shelby Hearn, Ray Flores, Marisa Flores and Mindi and Melanie Holbert; and numerous great grandchildren.
