Linda Burton

Funeral services for Linda England Burton, 65, of Burleson, Texas will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2016 at Shepherd’s Valley Cowboy Church, 8901 Hwy 67, Alvarado, Texas 76009. Pastor Morris Ivey will officiate.
Burial will follow at Glenwood Cemetery in Alvarado.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be C.W. Lovett, J. B. Watson, Casey York, Johnny Wohlgemuth, Jeff Silverman and Larry Leach. Honorary pallbearers are Austin and Aaron Osuna and Ryan and Cody Schulz.
Mrs. Burton passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at her home. She was born in Dallas, Texas on July 7, 1950, the daughter of Julia (Rangel) and George Bradley. Linda married Donald Burton on April 21, 1996 in Alvarado.
She attended Duncanville High School and was the manager of the Vision Center at the Burleson Wal-Mart for 15 years.
Linda was the oldest of three children; gave birth to two daughters but was “mom” to many. She was a loving grandmother; loyal and hardworking. Active in her church, she was available to help anyone who needed it. Linda was deeply proud of her family and grandchildren and was their greatest fan.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Bradley and grandson, Anthony Osuna.
Linda is survived by her husband, Donald Burton of Burleson; mother, Julia Bradley of Alvarado; children, Christy Branch and husband, Eric, of Alvarado, Candy Schulz and husband, Rusty, of Alvarado, Eric Burton of Alvarado, Taylor Gordner and husband, Ryan, of Boerne, Texas and Matt Hromek and wife, Tammy, of Waxahachie, Texas; grandchildren, Ryan, Cody and Kaitlyn Schultz, Austin and Aaron Osuna, Dylan Branch, Paizlee Burton, Kathryn and Ryder Gordner, and Ethan, Emma, Elexis and Elijah Hromek; sister, Becky Nettles and brother, David Bradley, both of Alvarado.
