Obituary for Flossie Mae Cappers-Hunter

Serving as pallbearers will be Chad Cappers, Matt Cappers, Walt Cappers, Gerald Cappers, Jason Cappers, Jordan Cappers, Jared Cappers and Derek Estep.
Honorary pallbearer will be Thomas M. Rees.
Mrs. Cappers-Hunter passed away on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2012 in Fort Worth, Texas.
She was born in Alvarado, Texas on October 15, 1933, the daughter of Ollie (Young) and Chester Lee Marshall.
Flossie was a homemaker and a member of Henderson Street Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Ray Alvin Cappers; two brothers and one sister.
Flossie is survived by her husband, Tom Hunter; sons, Donnie Cappers and wife, Sharon, Johnny Cappers and wife, Nelda, and Terry Cappers, all of Cleburne; grandchildren, Chad Cappers, Matt Cappers, Gerald Cappers and Jordan Cappers, all of Cleburne; Walt Cappers of Alvarado, Jason Cappers of Shreveport, LA, Jared Cappers of Denver, Colo., and Derek Estep of Eastland, TX; 12 great-grandchildren; step-daughters, Kathy Brister, Elizabeth Martindale, and Alicia Martin; six step-grandchildren; brothers, J. C. Marshall of Cleburne, Charles Marshall of Dallas; and sisters, Margie Lewis of Cleburne and Marcille Cherry of Alvarado; and a host of others who knew her as “Maw-Maw”.
