Jose Carrillo

Services for Jose C. (Papa Joe) Carrillo, 85, of Keene, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m., Monday, March 12, 2018 at Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Father Sergio Rizo will officiate. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Joey Carrillo, Brian Maldonado, Sergio Gonzalez, Ted Gonzalez, Jose E. Carrillo, and Rodolfo Munoz.
Jose C. (Papa Joe) Carrillo passed away on March 9, 2018 in Keene, Texas. He was born March 27, 1932 in Calera Zac., Mexico. Papa Joe retired from Johns Manville where he was an inspector packer. He was of Catholic faith.
Papa Joe was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Faustina Carrillo.
He is survived by his son, Jose E. Carrillo and wife, Blanca of Cleburne; daughters, Mary Maldonado and husband, John of Del Rio; Maria Mayorga and husband, Ramiro of Cleburne, Kandee Williams and partner, Karen, of Dallas; nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
