Charles Johnson

Charles Johnson, 69, of Cleburne, Texas passed away Monday, July 3, 2023 in Fort Worth, Texas.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 - 8 p.m. Friday, July 7, 2023 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Johnson was born in Iowa City, Iowa on February 7, 1954, the son of Margaret (Stanley) and Amby Johnson.

He married Joie Bouknight on August 9, 2014 in Rio Vista, Texas.

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Gary and Max Johnson.

He is survived by his wife, Joie; children: daughters, Stacy Johnson and spouse, Adam Robinson, Heather Johnson, Haley Bentley and spouse, John Bentley, son, Justin McCowen and spouse, Shirley McCowen, and daughter, Bella Johnson; brothers, Amby Johnson Jr. and spouse, Mary, Carl Johnson, Steve Johnson,  Kenny Johnson, and Johnny Johnson; sister, Nancey Mortley; grandchildren, Jordan, Shalynn, Hanna, Baylie, Blaise, Hayden, Hudson, Landyn, Noah, Ethan, and Avery; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
