Graveside services for Florence Mae Christensen, 86, of Alvarado, Texas will be conducted at 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2013 at Greenacres Memorial Park in Cleburne, Texas with Pastor Heather Crews officiating.
There is no set visitation time but Mrs. Christensen will lie in state Tuesday afternoon.
Florence Mae Christensen passed away on Monday, March 10, 2014 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born in Goodrich, North Dakota on Jan. 23, 1928, the daughter of Emma (Kreiter) and Abe Schlenker.
Mrs. Christensen was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Howard Christensen; three brother and three sisters.
She is survived by her sons, Darrel Christensen and wife, Sherry, of Lucille, Idaho; daughters, Ardis Painter and husband, Ross, of Alvarado and Marjorie Watson of Cleburne; sister, Donna Deurmier and husband, Arnold, of Mitchell, SD; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
