Obituary for Donna Ruth Danforth (McConathy)
Donna passed away peacefully on February 12, 2016 in Granbury, Texas. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 19, 2016 at the Acton United Methodist Church, 3433 Fall Creek Hwy, Acton, Texas 76049. She was born on February 13, 1945, in Dallas County to Arvil and Vera Ruth McConathy.
Donna lived most of her life in Cleburne, Texas. After she graduated from high school, she moved to Arlington where she worked and raised her daughter, Tricia. Upon retirement from Northrop Grumman, Donna and George Danforth lived in Granbury.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, A.J. and Ruth McConathy; and brother, Gene McConathy.
She is survived by husband George Danforth; daughter, Tricia Albrecht and husband, Don; sister, Judy Paprskar and husband, Jim; as well as numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and special four-legged friend Ivan.
