Mr. Deen was born in Harlingen, Texas on November 3, 1946, to Mattie Mae (Case) and William W. Deen.
He was involved with Cleburne Masonic Lodge #315 and with the Shriners.
Mr. Deen was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his brother, Gerald Deen and wife, Peggy, of Spring, Texas and sister, Saundra Nathan and husband, John, of Corpus Christi, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
