Richard “Dick” Dilts
Funeral services for Richard “Dick” Dilts, 76, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 9 a.m. Sunday, July 29, 2012 in the Barron Chapel of the Southwestern Adventist University with Pastor Jeff Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in Keene Memorial Park.
There is no scheduled visitation.
Serving as pallbearers will be Wayne Gillin, Dale Reins, Art Rasmussen, Dale Hainey, Tim Sinclair, and Warren Easley.
Mr. Dilts passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2012 in Keene, Texas. He was born in Union City, Penns. on March 30, 1936 to Elizabeth (Tait) and Clark L. Dilts.
Dick was a carpenter and was a member of the Alvarado Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Dick spent his life helping people in need and was a friend to everyone he met. He loved music and enjoyed driving and restoring old cars, especially convertibles.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, B. Jeanine Dilts.
Mr. Dilts is survived by his daughter, Holly Dilts of Cleveland, New Mexico; grandchildren, Abigail Arkusinski and Richard Arkusinski, both of Corrales, New Mexico; and half-sister, Jean Servino and husband, Jim, of Elsmere, Delaware.
