Dr. Paul A. Finley, DVM

Funeral services for Dr. Paul Finley, DVM will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 21, 2022 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Terry Finley officiating.  Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery with Johnathan McClain, Chris Humphrey, Johnathan Humphrey, Michael Stephens, Marcus Finley, Joshua Whiddon, and Chad Blackwell serving as pallbearers.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2022 at Rosser Funeral Home.

Dr. Finley passed away Monday, May 16, 2022 at his home in Cleburne.  He was born in Fort Worth, Texas on March 22, 1955, the son of Mattie Pauline (Looper) and Benard Finley.

Dr. Finley practiced at Alvarado Veterinary Clinic for many years. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Ronald Craig Finley.

Dr. Finley is survived by his brothers, the Rev. Terry Finley of Rio Vista, Texas, Phillip Finley of Redfield, Arkansas, Dan Finley of Cleburne, and Don Finley of Burleson, Texas; sisters, Sylvia Cervantes of Cleburne, Pam McClain of Godley, Texas, Kathy Stephens and husband, Donald, of Kopperl, Texas, and Laura Pittman and Robert Mangieri of Thornton, Colorado; many nieces and nephews who will miss their Uncle Paul, who was more of a father to them than an uncle; and other relatives and friends.
