Burleson—Funeral services for Jack Felan, 67, of Burleson, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013 at the First Christian Church, 200 S. Nolan River Road in Cleburne, Texas. The Rev. Randy McLelland will officiate. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday, March 22, 2013 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Matthew Longoria, Robert Maldonado, Stefan Felan, Manuel Longoria, Ruben Felan and Lou Maldonado. Honorary pallbearer will be Charles Hood.
Mr. Felan passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born in Meridian, Texas on April 30, 1945, the son of Joe G. and Pomposa Maria (Sanchez) Felan. Jack served his country in the United States Navy. He was employed at Johns-Manville in Cleburne.
He was preceded in death by his father and one sister, Irene Longoria.
Jack Felan is survived by his wife, Esmeralda Felan of Burleson; mother, Mary Felan of Cleburne; son, Cody Felan; daughters, Kina Felan, Katrina Therrien and husband, Gregg, all of Burleson and Regina James of Arkansas; brother, Joe Felan and wife, Margaret, and Ruben Felan, all of Cleburne; and grandchildren, Josh Garcia, Danielle Garcia, Gianna Therrien, and Nico Therrien.
