Jerry Foster

Services for Jerry Foster, 76, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, 2015 at Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive visitors immediately following the service. Private graveside service will be conducted after the visitation. Bro. Wayne Swiney will officiate.
Jerry went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. He was born Sept. 3, 1939 to Ruth Evelyn (Reyburn) and Edward Foster in Kansas City, MO.
Jerry served his country in the United States Navy and he married Joan Swiney on Jan. 21, 1978 in Miami, OK. He retired from OSHA where he was a supervisor. Jerry was a member of the Assembly of God Church since 1978 and he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; and one grandchild, Olivia Rene Jackson and Baby Michelle.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Foster of Cleburne; daughters, Mona Rogers of Cleburne, Julie Collins and husband, Claude, of Leavenworth, KS, Susan Foster of Lenexa, KS; 7 grandchildren, Sarah Martin, Jerry Jackson, Joy Echols, Michael Crane, Trisha Rogers, Tessy Rogers, Tori Rogers; 3 great-grandchildren, Olivia Martin, Alexis Echols, Mackenzie Echols; and sisters, Bonnie June Rohwer of Lakewood, CO, Rita Deal and husband, Gary, of Independence, MO.
