Grover was the best example of a true friend and will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jimmy Lavender; and sister, Carolyn Jo Lavender.
Grover is survived by his wife, Lisa Lavender; step-son, Jason Wylie, both of Cleburne; sister-in-law, Kay Lavender; nephew, Chance Lavender and wife, Lacey, of Blum, Texas; great nephews, JC, Cooper, and Cutter; and great nieces, Katelynn Johnston, Kimberly Lavender, and Kennedy Spaeth; and many other family and friends.
