A memorial service celebrating the life of A. L. Haak, 72, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 22, 2017 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel.
There is no visitation scheduled.
A. L. passed away Saturday, April 15, 2017 at his home. He was born in Houston, Texas on July 25, 1944, the son of Inez (Wilburn) and Clarence John Haak.
A. L. and Mary Ellen Cunningham were married July 27, 1962 in New Braunfels, Texas.
He was retired from the City of Midlothian where he was the Public Works Director.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Johnny and Bob Haak.
A. L. is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen Haak of Cleburne; son, Charlie Haak and Angela Austin of Carrollton, Texas; daughter, Kelli Amis and husband, Billy, of Cleburne; grandchildren, Tiffany K. Arnhamn & husband, Nathan Arnhamn, Taylor Morgan and Jacob Westley Villaire; great grandchild, Avery Lynn Wilson; and sisters, Natalie Allison of Castroville, Texas and Peggy McIntosh and husband, Floyd, of Fairview, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels or to the church of your choice.
