Obituary for Ruby Lee Hackworth (Revier)

Funeral services for Ruby Lee Hackworth, 95, of Cleburne, Texas, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015 with Pastor Keith Whitt officiating. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21, 2015 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hackworth passed away on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015 in Midlothian, Texas. She was born in Cleburne on May 13, 1920, the daughter of Lizzie Luginia (Clark) and John Watson Revier.
Ruby Lee and William Dewitt Hackworth were married Nov. 11, 1943. She was a homemaker, mother and a lifelong member of North Cleburne Baptist Church.
Her faith in Jesus was her rock and she was always very concerned with the salvation of everyone she met. She loved her family and her church family and they were an important part of her everyday life.
Ruby Lee was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Dana Stovall; and three sisters, Cora Mae Chasteen, Gladys Booth and Lorece Joslin.
She is survived by her son, Wandley R. Hackworth and wife, Becky, of Benbrook, Texas; daughter, Judy Curry and husband, Ronnie, of Cedar Hill, Texas; son-in-law, Dennis Stovall of Cleburne; sisters, Juanita McCollum and LaTrica Martin; grandchildren, Anthony Williamson and wife, Ashley, of Cedar Hill and the Rev. Jon Curry and wife, Katie, of Archer City, Texas; great grandchildren, Hayden, Lauren, Chase and Adeline; a host of nieces, nephews and other family members and friends; and her beloved puppies, Max and Mollie.
