Frances Haley

Rio Vista, TX—Funeral services for Frances Haley, 87, of Rio Vista, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth, Texas.
The family will receive visitors from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, 2014 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Mrs. Haley passed away Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014 in Plano, Texas. She was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on Mar. 1, 1926, the daughter of Connie M. (Starnes) and Charlie A. Graves.
Frances married Arnold Haley on Dec. 24, 1955 in Fort Worth, Texas and together, they owned and operated Haley’s Meats.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Arnold.
Frances is survived by her son, Curtis Haley and wife, Cathy, of Cleburne, Texas; daughter, Jill Levy and husband, Brad, of Frisco, Texas; grandchildren, Chad Haley and wife, Carol Ann, Chase Haley, Haley Levy, Mason Levy, and Trevor Levy; and brother, Charles Graves and wife, Donna, of North Richland Hills, Texas.
