Kenneth Lee Hampton, 79, of Cleburne, Texas passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021 in Cleburne. He was born August 9, 1941 in Cleburne to Lola Mae and Melvin Hampton.
Kenneth served in the United States Army. He was a retired contractor for General Dynamics and a member of Henderson Street Baptist Church in Cleburne. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Kenneth Lee Hampton Jr.; aunt and uncle, Vangie and Tink Bruce; and cousins, Steve Bruce and David Bruce.
Survivors include his grandson, Sam Hampton; cousins, Angie Briscoe and husband Rick, Paige Norris and husband Chris, Monica Abernethy and husband Jason, Suzanne Bruce, Lisa Noble and husband, Lee, Josh Bruce, Jacob Bruce, Jordan Bruce, Gabi Rowlett and husband Aaron, Hogan Bruce; and many more extended family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 7, 2021 in Rosehill Cemetery.
