Funeral services for Kenneth Lee Hunter Jr., 68, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Alvarado Seventh-day Adventist Church with Pastor Tchoukovskii officiating. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery in Cleburne.
Visitation will be held from 6 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, 2017at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Holland, Mitchell Beckstrom, Frank Simurdak, Gary Hall, David Jonsson and Jr. Borg.
Mr. Hunter passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born in Rome, New York on August 11, 1948, the son of Jeanette (Payte) and Kenneth Lee Hunter.
Mr. Hunter served his country in the United States Army and was a saw operator at a cabinet manufacturer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Lee Hunter, Sr. and Jeanette (Payte) Hunter of Virginia.
Mr. Hunter is survived by his wife, Glenda Hunter; daughter, Luci Henry of Joshua, TX; step-mother, Shirley Hunter of Hampton, VA; brother, Ronald Hunter and wife, Trish, of Poquoson, VA; sister, Linda Jean Rhyne and husband, Clyde, of Sumter, SC; Max Hunter (Uncle) of Claremore, OK; brothers-in-law, Richard Miles and wife, Mary, of Cleburne and Lonnie Miles of Rogers, AR; sisters-in-law, Mary Nell Simurdak and husband, Frank, of Rainbow, TX and Colleen Matthews of Cleburne; several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews.
