Jannifer Deem

Funeral services for Jannifer Deem, 72, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at the First Baptist Church of Cleburne with Dr. Danny Crosby and Dr. Cliff Holdridge officiating. Burial will follow in Cleburne Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-8:00 P.M. Monday, June 3, 2024 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel.

Jannifer Deem passed away Friday, May 31, 2024 in Cleburne. She was born November 25, 1951 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Worren and Inez (Hill) Cooper. She married Harlan Ray Deem on December 30, 1972 in Andrews, Texas.

Jannifer was a beautiful woman of grace and dignity.  She was a blessing to her family and friends.  She had a strong faith and loved the Lord with all her heart. She spent all her time serving others in many ways over her lifetime.  

Jannifer worked in the church office and was the church pianist for The First Baptist Church of Cleburne for more than 25 years. She loved music, baking, and Blue Bell ice cream. She brought joy to any room she was in and had a beautiful smile to match.  She exemplifies Proverbs 31: 10-31 but would give all credit to Christ.  

 She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jerry Cooper.

Survivors include her husband, Harlan Ray Deem of Cleburne; son, Jeff Deem of Vail, Colorado; daughter, Christy Burton and husband, Brent of Cleburne; grandchildren, Alex Hernandez, Alyssa Hernandez, Brook Burton and Camille Burton; great grandchildren, Baylee Scott and Drew Scott; and many other extended family and friends.
