Memorial service for Odis Jones, 72, of Cleburne, Texas will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013 at Three Nails Cowboy Church, 2412 FM 2135, Cleburne, Texas 76033. Pastor Hoot Wibbler will officiate.
An interment will take place at Old Greenwood Cemetery in Weatherford, Texas.
Odis Jones passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2013 in Cleburne. He was born November 1, 1940 in Fort Worth, Texas the son of Houston Ellis Jones and Ida Jewett Jones.
Odis served his country in the United States Army. He was a truck driver.
Odis was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, and one sister.
He is survived by his wife, Vida Jones of Cleburne; son, Floyd Wilkins and wife Tracy of Azle, Texas; daughters, Sharon Luedtke and husband, David, of Fort Worth, Texas, and Debbie Sandoval and husband, Louie, of Calif.; grandson, Shaun Wilkins of Cleburne, sister, Betty Vanegas of Burleson, Texas; many grandchildren and extended family.
