Justin Dean Duffy

Justin Dean Duffy unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at the age of 34. Justin is preceded in death by his grandparents, Buddy and Francis Duffy and Sam and Dorothy Moxley; uncles Stevie Duffy and Troy Moxley; and his brother, Cody Ripley.

Justin was born on April 12,1989 in Fort Worth. Known as "Duffy" to his family and friends, Justin had a heart as big as Texas. He loved deeply and showed compassion to others, always ready to lend a hand, a listening ear, a big bear hug, a word of advice, or simply just be present. Above all his biggest love was his family, as dedicated and loving husband to the love of his life, Christa, and a caring and involved father to his children, Liam, Jase, McKenna and Trevor. He worked hard to provide for his family's needs, but he worked even harder to be there for every milestone, every important moment, and every day to make sure they knew how much he loved them.

Duffy impacted everyone he knew because of his extremely kind heart and loyalty to the people around him. He was self-less, always thinking of others, and gave his all in everything he did. His fun nature and smile always lit up the room. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, had a love of gaming, a passion for horror movies, enjoyed spicy foods, and could still show up his friends with tricks on his skateboard. Justin's impact in our lives is immeasurable, and he will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his loving wife, Christa and their beautiful children, Liam Ray, Jase Dean, McKenna Nicole, and Trevor Stinnett; parents, John and Donna Moxley; sister, Rachel Martinez (Rene); brother, David Moxley (Pauline) and sister-in-law, Holly Ann Smith (Carla). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and life-long friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, May 30, 2023 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Zane Mitchell officiating. There will be no graveside service. Honorary pallbearers are Trevor Stinnett, Daniel Osborn, Joel Guel, Nick Upchurch, Chris Burns, Caleb Creel, Anthony Martinez, Cody Owens, and Christian Brown.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 - 8:00 P.M., Monday, May 29, 2023 at Rosser Funeral Home.
