Services for Cassandra Ann “Cassie” Kidd, 24, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive visitors 10 to 11 a.m. the day of the service.
Cassie passed away on Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012 in Denton, Texas. She was born June 15, 1988 in Cleburne, Texas to David Kidd and Jacqueline Eckler Kidd. Cassie loved her family. She graduated from Cleburne High School in 2006 and had been involved in many organizations including Camp Fire and Debate. Cassie was a Renaissance woman. She loved music, poetry, animals, and nature. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Cassie was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jerry Kidd; and uncle, Sam Kidd.
She is survived by her father, David Kidd and wife Angela of Burleson; mother, Jackie Kidd of Tampa, Florida; grandmothers, Ida Sue Kidd of Cleburne, and Brigitte Bailey of Tampa, Florida; grandfather, Dale Eckler of Lebanon, Tennessee; sisters, Nikki and Katie Kidd both of Denton; cousins, Sammy, Jerry and Alex Kidd, Keaton and Hunter Hill, and Caton Brown; and many other relatives and friends.
