Larry Schmidt

Graveside services for Larry Bill Schmidt, 75, of Grandview, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Watts Chapel Cemetery. Sam Schmidt, Grady Gregg, Bleu Hubbard, Haus Hubbard, Tyler Crisp, and Scott Tibbets will serve as pallbearers.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 - 7 p.m. Monday, October 9, 2023 at Rosser Funeral Home.

Mr. Schmidt passed away Thursday, October 5, 2023 in Grandview. He was born in Orange, Texas on November 11, 1947, the son of Gladys (Evans) and William Schmidt.

Mr. Schmidt was member of Watts Chapel Methodist Church. He was a collector of everything, a world traveler, and an outdoorsman.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Ann Marti Schmidt.

Mr. Schmidt is survived by his sons, Brant Schmidt and wife, Melissa, of Bono, Texas and Rusty Schmidt and wife, Brooke, of Grandview; daughters, Brandi Gregg and husband, Patrick, of Kopperl, Texas Angie Hubbard and husband, Benjamin, of Grandview; brother, Rodney Schmidt; 12 grandchildren; one great grandchild; and many other family members and friends.
