Keene, TX –Hilma R. Lassiter, 83, of Keene, Texas passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 in Fort Worth, Texas. No services are scheduled at this time.
Mrs. Lassiter was born in Cleburne, Texas on June 9, 1929, the daughter of Alice and Daniel Hix Burt. Hilma married Richard “Dick” Lassiter on April 17, 1952 in Texarkana, Texas.
She was a retired telephone operator with Southwestern Bell.
Hilma Lassiter is survived by her husband, Dick Lassiter of Keene; brother, Dan Burt, Jr. and wife, Mary; sister, Joyce Emmert, all of Cleburne; nephews, Michael Graves and wife, Lou, of Plano, Texas, Eric Morton and wife, Lori, of Cleburne, Bryan Graves and wife, Lisa, of Midland, Texas, and Steve Burt and wife, Becky, of Cleburne; nieces, DiAnn Choate and husband, Larry, Marla Fagan and husband, Donald, and Martha Burt, all of Cleburne; and a host of other relatives and friends.
