A Celebration of Life service for Lawana Lee Bunn, 78, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 12 Noon, Sunday, January 28,2024, at the Johnson County Sheriff's Posse, 1315 S. Main St., Cleburne, Texas, 76031.

Lawana passed away Sunday January 21, 2024 in her home surrounded by her family. Lawana was born June 21, 1945 in Gainesville, Texas.

She is survived by her children, Toni and Skeeter McDaniels of Cleburne, Tina and Marty of Washington, Jody and Nancy Fowler of Cleburne, and Eric and Hollie Bunn of Cleburne; 17 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and her brothers, Ray (Leslie) Nichols of Gainesville and Melvin (Nell) Nichols of Colleyville, Texas.

She is proceeded in death by her mother, Ruby Nichols; father, Melvin Nichols; and sisters, Margaret Hogeland and Smokey.

The rest of the family would like to say a very special THANK YOU to Jackie, Brantley, Madison, Macie, and Mallory Neal for their unwavering love and devotion to Nanny. Jackie provided superb care for Nanny up until her last breath. The Neal family spent every second of life dedicated to Nanny and Nanny knew it.
