Services for Carl F. Lawrence, 72, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 9 a.m., Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Charles Payne will officiate. Burial will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. in Mt. Herman Cemetery in Center, Texas. The family will receive visitors 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Carl passed away on July 24, 2011 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born Feb. 26, 1939 to James W. Lawrence and Lucille Palmer Lawrence. Carl served his country in the United States National Guard and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Cleburne. He was employed for 25 years at Skyline Industries/Goodrich Interiors in Fort Worth.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Lawrence.
He is survived by his wife, Katherine of Cleburne; sons, Sean Lawrence and wife Brandy of Douglass, Texas, Tal Davis of Texas; daughters, Lisa Gaddis and husband Bill of California, Sherrie Abbitt of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; brother, Gary Lawrence and wife Charlene of Grand Prairie; sister, Joyce Brown and husband Jim of California; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
