Obituary for Hubert Ray Malson
Memorial services for Hubert Ray Malson, 76, of Keene, Texas, will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 9, 2014 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Benji Leach officiating.
There is no visitation scheduled.
Mr. Malson passed away Sunday, October 5, 2014 at his home. He was born on June 7, 1938 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma the son of Lelia Reynolds Malson and Hubert Frank Malson.
Mr. Malson served his country in the United States Army and was a member of the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, LaHonda (Carmon) Malson; and sister, Doris Nurse.
Mr. Malson is survived by his sons, Hubert Ray Malson, Jr and wife, Joni, of Atlanta, Georgia and Bill Malson of Katy, Texas; daughters, Teresa Malson of Atlanta and Tammy Peters and husband, Tim, of Cleburne; stepchildren, Darrell Smith of Dallas Co, Texas and Cindy Smith of Washington; sister Barbara Johnson of Keene, Texas; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
