Services for J C Marshall, 92, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2016 at Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Greenacres Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Mitchell Marshall, Wes Burton, Blake Morton, Chad Cornett, Spenser Seay and Kyle Birdwell. Honorary pallbearers are Jaime Hunter and Curry Parnell.
J C Marshall went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 09, 2016 in Cleburne, Texas. He was born Sept. 26, 1923 in Alvarado, Texas to Ollie (Young) and Chester Lee Marshall. J C married
Mable Moser on Sept. 25, 1943 in Glen Rose, Texas. He served his country in the United States Army during WWII. J C retired from A.R.A. Manufacturing and was a member of the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mable Marshall in 2010; son, Rickey Marshall; brothers, John, Gene, and Charles Marshall; and sister, Flossie Cappers.
J C is survived by his grandson, Mitchell Marshall and fiancé, Allison Cochran, of Cleburne; granddaughter, Melissa Burton and husband, Wes, of Cleburne, Maci Morton and husband, Blake, of Cleburne; daughter-in-law, Tina Marshall of Cleburne; great-grandchildren, Madison Hight, Espn Morton, Eirn Morton, Eztn Morton, and Marshall Burton; and sisters, Margie Lewis of Cleburne and Marcille Cherry of Alvarado.
