Funeral services for Jarod John Matheson, 35, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m., Friday, August 31, 2012 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday, August 30, 2012 at the funeral home.
Jarod passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, August 19, 2012 at his home in Cleburne.
He was the only child born to Jack Matheson and was the beloved son of Jack Matheson and Vikki Robinson. Jarod was born in Pasco, Washington and was an inspector in the oil and gas field with Pro NDT.
He loved making music, laughing, being with children and having fun with friends. Jarod touched the lives of many people with his smile and generosity. Jarod will forever be remembered by his loving family and many friends.
He is survived by his father, Jack Matheson of Bellevue, Wash., mother, Vikki Robinson of Cleburne; spouse, Nikeysha Matheson of Cleburne; son, Dayshon Matheson; daughter, Jaeda Matheson and son, Javon Matheson; step-children, Amere, Annisia, Jordan, and Nathan; and his devoted brothers, Lance Wall and Nathan Robinson.
