Obituary for Mary Joe McCoy (Rogers)
Funeral services for Mary Joe McCoy, 88, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2015 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Bono Cemetery. The Rev. Eddie Freeman will officiate.
The family will receive visitors from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Mrs. McCoy passed away Sunday, April 12, 2015 in Cleburne. She was born April 6, 1927 in Houston, Texas, the daughter of Vada (Williams) and Albert L. Rogers.
Mrs. McCoy was a homemaker and was a member of Henderson Street Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur Burgess McCoy, Jr.; brother, Albert Rogers; and sister, Johnnie Mae Rogers.
Mrs. McCoy is survived by her sons, Brian McCoy of Cleburne and David McCoy and wife, Elizabeth, also of Cleburne; grandchildren, Thomas, James, Kristyn, and Kimberlyn McCoy; and great grandson, Christopher McCoy.
