A memorial service for Carolyn McPherson, 68, of Rio Vista, Texas will be conducted at 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2012 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Katie P. Stellar officiating.
There will be no visitation.
Honorary pallbearers will be Cody Robinson, Brian Fleck, Matt Slaughter, Chad Robinson, and Luka Sims.
Mrs. McPherson passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2012, in Fort Worth. She was born in Paris, Texas on February 25, 1944, the daughter of Millie (Gross) and Harold Crutcher.
Carolyn graduated from Texas Wesleyan University Summa Cum Laude in 1975 with a Bachelors degree in political science. Carolyn was of the Methodist faith and was a member of the Rio Vista Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Carolyn McPherson is survived by her daughters, Carol Robinson and husband, Rickey of Cleburne, Happy Slaughter and husband, Bob of Cleburne, and Ryan Sims and husband, Neil of Maypearl; ten grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
