Obituary for Betty Jean Newby (Hall)
Graveside services for Betty Jean Hall Newby, 72, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park Cemetery, 5725 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville, TX 76034. David Meyer will officiate.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Betty passed away Monday, March 12, 2018 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born in Cleburne on February 7, 1946 to Edna Jeanette (Moore) and Jim Brewer Hall.
Betty was a retired nurse and was of the Methodist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Betty is survived by her son, Andy Newby and wife, Denica, of Cleburne; daughter, Amy Sloan and husband, Tim, of North Richland Hills, Texas; grandchildren, Josh and Noah Newby, Jake Bledsue, and Ally, Isabella and Blaize Sloan; brother, Doyle Hall of Alvarado; and sisters, Jimmie Crow and husband, Wayne, of Arlington, Texas, Cheryl White and husband, Bobby, of Alvarado, Teri York and husband, Kelly, of Cleburne, and Janet West and husband, Donnie, of Alvarado.
