Ximena Patman (Canon Matallana)
A memorial service celebrating the life of Martha Ximena Patman will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 7, 2018 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel.
Ximena lost her battle with cancer this Easter Sunday morning, April 1, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. No longer suffering the unimaginable pain associated with this disease, she passed holding her husband Michael’s hand and listening to Holy Holy Holy is the Lord God Almighty, one of her favorite songs
Ximena was born in Zipaquira Cundinamarca Colombia on November 20, 1965 to parents Beatriz Matallana and Jerimiah Canon. Ximena married Michael Patman on March 3, 2012 in Bogota, Colombia.
Michael’s soulmate is preparing their home in heaven awaiting his future arrival. It truly is an Easter blessing beyond description for God to have called this Angel home on Resurrection Day. God bless you all. I thank God Ximena is my incredible Angel wife for all of Eternity.
Ximena is survived by her soulmate and loving husband with whom she lived with for the past 7 years, Michael Patman of Covington, Texas; children, Monica Viviana Martinez, Javier Esteban Martinez, and Maria Jose Castaneda; sisters, Carmenza, Miryam, Clarita, Rocio and Pilar, all of Bogota, Colombia and Alexandra of Quito Ecuador; brother, Oscar, also of Bogota; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and close friends in the United States and South America.
