Robert Pedigo

Funeral services for Robert Pedigo, 85, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, July 18, 2014 at the Westhill Church of Christ with Bro. Jerry Nelson officiating. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2014 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Wayne Pedigo, Roger Pedigo, Andy Duvall, Josh Pedigo and Kyle Pedigo.
Mr. Pedigo, a long time Cleburne resident and entrepreneur, passed away Monday, July 14, 2014. He was born in Temple, Texas on May 22, 1929, the son of Jack and Essie (Morgan) Pedigo.
Robert served his country in the United States Naval Reserves.
He married Aleta Rogers on October 15, 1948 in Cleburne where they raised their family and Robert owned a shoe repair shop, a western wear and saddle shop, and several convenience stores. He was a member of Westhill Church of Christ. Robert loved the art of wood carving and was a Master Gardener. Robert enjoyed fishing and especially spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Eva Nell McGonagill.
Robert Pedigo is survived by his wife, Aleta “Ducky” Pedigo; sons Wayne Pedigo and wife, Joyce and Roger Pedigo and wife, Courtney; daughter, Lori Pedigo, all of Cleburne; grandchildren, Leigh Pedigo Duvall, Josh Pedigo and Kyle Pedigo; and great grandchildren, Regan, Kolton, and Emma Pedigo and Fisher Duvall.
