Obituary for Douglas McArthur Pierce
Funeral services for Douglas McArthur Pierce, 70, of Godley, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 10, 2013 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Rosehill Cemetery.
A visitation will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Mr. Pierce passed away Monday, October 7, 2013 in Godley. He was born in Covington, Texas on July 5, 1943, the son of Hazel (Medford) and Herman Wesley Pierce.
Mr. Pierce was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Loraine Pierce; and son, Eddie Hall.
He is survived by his son, Doug Pierce of Odessa, Texas; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and his best buddy, Justin Murdock.
