Ronnie Lynn Rich

Funeral services for Ronnie Lynn Rich, 70, of Whitney, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, May 10, 2021, at First Baptist Church of Rio Vista, Texas with the Rev. Jacky Mears officiating. Burial will follow in Rio Vista Cemetery.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 3 – 6 p.m. Sunday, May 9, 2021 at Rosser Funeral Home in Cleburne, Texas.
Serving as pallbearers will be Rodney Rich, Justin Rich, Timmy Calahan, Brandon Hersom, and Terence Hersom.
Ronnie Rich passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at his home. He was born in Fort Worth, Texas on November 17, 1950, the son of Ruby Estelle (Bass) and Marvin Lee Rich.
Ronnie loved to coon hunt and fish and was an avid domino player. He enjoyed yard work but his biggest joy was his family. Ronnie was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rio Vista.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Patricia “Pookie” Rockwell; and grandparents, Annie and Jessie Rich.
Ronnie is survived by his sons, Rodney Rich and wife, Jessica, of Morgan, Texas and Justin Rich and wife, Kristian, of Whitney; daughters, Tammy Hersom and husband, Brandon, of Rio Vista, Candice Rich and husband, Terrence, of Whitney, and Tonja Rich of Conway, Arkansas; brother, Mike Rich; sisters, Barbara Wright, Vicky Hayes, and Sheila Clark; grandchildren, Marie, Tamra, Adalynn, and Alaina Hersom, Laylah and Caden Hersom, and Rodney Jr., Sara, Josh, Brandon, Karter, Aburey Rich, and Jase Rich; two great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
