Robert Leon Key

Robert Leon Key, beloved son, brother, father, and friend, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2024, in Fort Worth, TX. He was born on October 19, 1982, to Tanya Garcia and Kenneth Key Sr. Robert was a man who lived life to the fullest, finding joy in simple pleasures like riding his motorcycle, hunting, and most of all, spending time with his family and friends. His infectious laughter and storytelling will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Robert's love for his family was evident in everything he did. He cherished the moments spent with his son, Bobby Key, and always made time for his parents, Tanya and David Garcia, his stepmother Ronda Key, his siblings Kenneth Key Jr., Sara Key, Ray Melton, Brittnee Key, and Elizabeth Goodwin, as well as his numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Robert's legacy of love and laughter will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Key Sr, grandparents Glen and Jane Bush, great-grandparents Zefrin and Ruby Janski, and nephew Nathan Goodwin.

A celebration of life will be held on June 29, 2024, at the home of Kenneth and Missy Key. Let us come together to celebrate the life of Robert Leon Key, a man who brought light and love to all who knew him. Though he may be gone, his spirit will forever remain in our hearts. May his memory be a blessing and may we find comfort in the joy he brought to our lives. Rest in peace, Robert.
