Delos Roberts

Funeral services for Delos “Dee” Roberts, 73, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with Ray Triplett officiating. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery.
A visitation will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2017 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Shawn McGonagill, Kenneth Wayne Roberts, Randy Roberts, Steve Wylie, Bruce Clark and Dale Bowersox.
Dee was born in McComb, Mississippi on November 18, 1943, the son of IcyPhene (Adams) and Hollis Roberts. He married Linda McGonagill on January 11, 1974 in Cleburne. Dee served his country in the National Guard and was employed at Johns-Manville for 33 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Linda Roberts; son, Jerry Roberts; brothers, Johnny Lee and Junior Roberts; and sister, Dorothy “Dot” Hill.
Dee is survived by his daughters, Ashley Roberts and wife, Laura, of Granbury, Texas and Karen Roberts of Cleburne; granddaughter, Echo Henson of Cleburne; grandson, Michael Baird and wife, Jean, of Burleson; brother, Randy Roberts and wife, Lori, of Mississippi; sisters, Myrtis Temple of Tennessee, Brenda Fortuna and husband, John, of Florida, Virginia Hall of Cleburne, and Eva Nell Blackwell and husband, Johnny, of Mississippi; niece, Hillary McGonagill and husband, Shawn; and a host of other relatives and friends.
